CHALLENGE

HEYDUDE, a newer brand in the footwear market presented Q20 with a fixture design and requested that we assist with production and store planning so they could reach their goal of opening brick-and-mortar stores on an accelerated timeline.

SOLUTION

Through collaboration, we engineered a fixture package that maintained the aesthetic of the design that was presented to us but reduced the amount of fixtures needed to achieve the look and feel of the brand and created a more functional store environment.
