Client Services Manager
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER
We are a growing firm who specializes in the design and development of retail environments, store fixtures and point of purchase displays. We are seeking top talent who thrives in a creative and fast-paced culture servicing many of the leading global retail brands. Specifically, we have a full-time opening for a Client Services Manager (CSM). The CSM is responsible for managing all client communications and projects from kick-off through delivery. The CSM is a key point of contact an internal liaison between Quarter20’s clients and internal disciplines and many times acts as the touchstone for Quarter20 in multiple venues with clients.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have 2-7 years industry experience in an agency or manufacturing setting.
- Have experience to include an understanding of working in a service based organization where multiple deliverable processes and products are part of the total sales solution.
- Have the ability and experience working in a face-paced environment with external client contact.
- Work collaboratively within a team structure to meet aggressive project timelines, exceeding client requirements.
- Be highly organized and able to manage effectively with a great attention to detail.
- Have strong analytical, interpersonal, judgment and leadership skills.
- Possess a BS Degree in marketing (Communications, Public Relations, Account Management) or equivalent work experience.
- Be highly proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Acting as the key point of contact between clients, sales, design, project management and fulfillment.
- Creating and maintaining conference reports, client status reports, proposals, etc.
- Keeping project team fully informed of key project milestones.
