We are seeking top talent who thrives in a creative and fast-paced culture servicing many of the leading global retail brands. Specifically, we have a full-time opening for an Account Coordinator.
The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for working closely with our sales, design and production teams in service of client needs. This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of retail environment projects. This person will support the Client Services team to oversee development, production, and execution of projects as well as the cultivation of new project opportunities.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Executive and/or Account Manager to respond to client requests.
Assist in the development of projects and creative briefs.
Communicate with internal teams to share project knowledge and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain project schedules.
Work in conjunction with Account Managers to prepare status reports for all active projects, delivering these to the Account Executive for review and status meetings.
Prepare materials for presentations and supporting documents for key projects as directed.
Build and develop successful relationships with Sales team, Clients and internal stakeholders.
Take charge of administrative duties.
Be responsible for using and updating our client management tools (OneNote).
Generate project proposals using our Quick Books accounting system.
Prepare monthly reports, market research, and marketing materials as requested.
Collaborate with Project Managers and/or Shipping Manager to provide shipment tracking details.
Consistently exceed client expectations providing superior customer service.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
3-4 years of professional work experience; client-facing preferred.
Relevant experience in a marketing, production, retail environment would be ideal.
Experience retail marketing or brand marketing would be an advantage.
Proven project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with senior level professionals.
Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel and OneNote.
Experience working in Quick Books is a plus.
Independent thinking, with strong organization and planning abilities.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
Flexible and able to react to frequently changing demands and deadlines.
